- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements
- Provide support for products and services offered by blithequark, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, and software applications
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
- Ability to work from home with a verified internet service and an established dedicated work area
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate multiple tools and systems
