As a customer service representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with our valued customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities
- Promptly answer inbound phone calls, returning phone calls, and responding to emails and live chats in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is personalized and meets the high standards of blithequark
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including skincare and cosmetics, to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries
- Collaborate with the blithequark team to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and improve overall customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience working in high-volume call centers, preferably in the customer service or beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
- Reliable internet connection, working computer, and headset, with a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home
- Ability to work a fixed schedule, Wednesday-Sunday, 9am-6pm EST (45 hours a week)
- Passion for skincare and cosmetics, with a strong desire to learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual, with the ability to speak Spanish (not required, but considered an asset)
- Previous experience working in the beauty or skincare industry, with knowledge of products and services
- Experience with live chat and email customer service platforms
