Key Responsibilities
- Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
- Represent blithequark's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their products and services to potential customers
- Utilize your gaming experience to think creatively and develop strategies to convert conversations into leads
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including chat volume, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with the blithequark team to share best practices, provide feedback, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our chat operations
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Reside within the state of Pennsylvania, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the following technical specifications:
- Minimum 8 GB of RAM
- 64-bit Operating System
- 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
