POSITION OVERVIEW
Start down a new professional path as an entry-level Junior Solution Consultant! Your first responsibility is to complete our internal, accelerated, comprehensive low code no code platform training program. The curriculum has been uniquely designed to teach the Quandary consulting approach. As part of your training, you will see firsthand how to be a Quandary consultant through mentorship, gaining knowledge from experienced professionals, your colleagues. Job shadowing provides a unique opportunity to gain firsthand insights, skills, and knowledge to prepare you for future projects. The training program features business concepts, requirement discovery, Quickbase University courses along with company-specific processes, and the soft skills needed to have successful client-consultant relationships.
Successful completion of the training results in multiple Quickbase Builder certifications and the skills needed to be successful in the Junior Solution Consultant role at Quandary Consulting Group. You will be an integral part of the Services team and will work on a variety of client initiatives, designing and building Quickbase, Workato, and Pipefy solutions. As a member of the collaborative Services team, you will help define and implement client needs and expectations in this client-facing role.

- Upon completion of training program:
- Understand and adapt to multiple approaches of delivering technology to clients (e.g. agile versus waterfall)
- Comprehend complex business processes
- Build detailed process maps in real-time during client project interactions
- Direct and indirect client communication, including but not limited to, virtual meetings, emails, any face-to-face interaction that may arise
- In the context of client projects to which you would be assigned:
- Follow a project?s Statement of Work, decompose work into tasks, manage level of effort and due dates
- Escalate issues in an appropriate manner, to the appropriate resource
- Work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, transform them into epics, stories, tasks, and other relevant documentation as needed
- Mentor and tutor client?s team members as appropriate
- Support client testing efforts
- Create documentation and training materials
- Lead difficult conversations, guide client direction, address push back, and steer engagement as needed
- Ensure all internal management systems are kept up to date relative to the projects assigned, including systems that handle timesheets, status, forecasting, and invoicing
- Assist with internal company initiatives, including but not limited to, sales engineering, scoping, demos, internal development priorities, and research
- Work with Technical Account Manager and Customer Success Managers on expansion and additional revenue for their book of clients
