Job description: Challenger School seeks an enthusiastic individual to support teaching Challenger's curriculum, mission, and values to students. This position is offered only full-time and in-person. Remote work is not available. Occasionally, Challenger has specialized enrichment positions available such as chess instructor.

Qualifications:

• Assisting to maintain order and safety of kindergarten through eighth grade students
• Organizing and participating in outside games and activities

• Preparing art and craft activities
• Have a friendly and confident demeanor and to work patiently with students, parents, and co-workers
