The Systems Manager I is responsible for supporting applications in responding to incidents and working as a liaison to other IT Teams. Also responsible for the support, improvement, and uptime of all corresponding Oracle based applications and modules. Researching and compiling information into a presentable medium from areas of IT and the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Investigates, triages, and troubleshoots escalated issues and system outages. Performs root cause analysis and exercises appropriate problem management strategies.
  • Maintains and monitors support queues and service level agreements.
  • Facilitates change management processes, including the development and execution of test scripts, communication plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
  • Assists in training the Operations team and creating documented procedures to use in the incident process. Troubleshoots and responds to incidents that have been escalated in the support queue.
  • Supports other parts of IT in application related requests.
  • Creates documentation, procedures, and policies. Keeps documentation up to date and within IT standards.
  • Conducts regular reviews of applications by generating and building reports that shows efficiencies and improvement areas.
  • Correct existing processes in place to support sustainable and flexible architecture and environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or from a four-year college or university or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years' experience Business, Systems and/or Application Analysis.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within Systems or Application Support.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Advanced and resourceful troubleshooting and solutioning.
  • Experience in supporting, implementing, and monitoring Oracle products, Oracle HCM, and Enterprise One.
  • Experience in supporting Public Cloud and SAAS technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Experience with Oracle SQL (ability to read, deconstruct and create basic queries).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, planning, analysis and organizing skills.
  • Strong analysis skills.
  • Advance and resourceful troubleshooting and solutioning skills.

In the states of Colorado, California, Washington and Illinois, the anticipated pay range/scale for this position is $86,760 to $108,450. Actual starting base pay within this range will depend on factors including geographic location, education, training, skills, and relevant experience.
  • Position is also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
Employees also have the opportunity to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance; flexible spending accounts and/or health savings accounts; dependent savings accounts; 401(k) with company matching contributions; employee stock purchase plan; and, a tuition reimbursement program. The Company provides 9 paid holidays per year and, upon hire, new employees will accrue paid time off (PTO) at a rate of 0.0577 hours of PTO per hour worked, up to a maximum of 120 hours per year.
