Job Description Summary Design and implement marketing campaign strategies to promote the sale Transamerica Mutual Funds and drive engagement with financial professionals through product marketing, brand affinity, and the launch of new products/solutions.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Marketing Director to design and execute strategic marketing campaigns that support the business objectives.
- Own the design, build, and implementation of multiple complex and concurrent campaigns.
- Partner with Sales and Product stakeholders to develop new content related to Transamerica Mutual Funds and capital markets concepts.
- Review addressable advisor market to define target audiences and create programs that drive engagement relevant to the audience.
- Track and evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure delivery of superior customer service and operational excellence.
- Serve as internal escalation point for campaign related issues.
- Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
- Eight years of marketing communications, digital marketing, or project management experience
- Three years of marketing experience in financial services, preferably Mutual Fund or Asset Management.
- Thorough understanding of the creative process for developing content.
- Detail oriented and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
- Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms.
- Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues.
- Creative thinker
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Team lead/supervisory experience
- Intermediary or institutional experience
- Familiarity with content management, workflow and other marketing tools such as CMD, CRM, DAM, Workflow, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront
- Experience in change management
- FINRA Series 7 (for roles supporting mutual funds)
The salary for this position generally ranges between $94,000 - $125,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 15% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company?s discretion.
