Job Description Summary:

As a Sr. Technology Product Manager, you will be part of a team that oversees a product line that contributes directly to the revenue of a department. You will build products from existing ideas and help to develop new products based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You will have direct responsibility for managing the backlog, defining the content of individual user stories, and ensuring the appropriate prioritization of work so that we can deliver needed functionality that meets our market commitments. You must enjoy spending time with clients, learning how they use our products and evaluating enhancements and new functionality against their existing workflows and use cases. You will be a promoter for your product. You will work with multiple partners to help develop our product strategy and coordinate product release priorities. You will be a product subject matter expert (SME), helping other partners and our clients understand the product positioning, benefits, and main functionality.

This is a USA Fully Remote role and will report to the Lead Technology Product Manager - FCC eO and under the directorship of the Director, Technology Product Management ? FCC eO. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA. #LI-Remote

Job Qualifications (Minimum):
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, business, or related discipline or equivalent work and course experience in lieu of degree.
  • Travel: Up to 10% of travel required
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of product management experience.
  • This role is Fully Remote and must be legally authorized to work in the USA
Preferred Experience Knowledge, Skills, or Certifications (Minimum):
  • Experience: explain the product vision to the external market and company partners.
  • Familiarity with developing business cases and roadmaps that support the strategy, product vision, and product goals.
  • To help improve requirements gathering with partners from numerous teams.
  • articulate potential product opportunities available in application processing, data validation or verification, and the move from paper to digital lending.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles, Sprint planning practices, product refinement and story estimation.
  • Familiarity with REST API concepts and terminology.
  • Experience working with teams to develop wireframes and specifications for new product features.
  • Customer focused ? communicate software enhancements to clients and team members.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
  • Keep informed about current developments and trends in area of expertise; use this expertise to help develop plans and strategies to introduce new technology; recommend and develop innovations which enhance operations or provide a competitive advantage.
  • Use a structured approach to analyzing and resolving complex problems; secures and evaluate relevant data from appropriate sources and trends and identify main issues and relationships to determine the important issues relative to a problem; develop conclusions and comprehensive recommendations.
