Job description: We are actively seeking an experienced Licensed Benefits Consultant to join a great remote Medicare team. In this role, you will guide customers in their Medicare healthcare decisions, skillfully matching them with suitable products and services. Ensuring an exceptional customer journey and upholding the highest ethical standards, you will consistently meet or surpass monthly sales objectives.

This is a remote role based in Utah, Texas, Florida, or Arizona requiring no travel.

Flexibility in working hours, including potential weekends ? schedule decided by you.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and revenue by assisting customers in healthcare decisions via phone.
  • Exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Successfully complete sales transactions through closure.
  • Adhere to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and company policies.
  • Initiate outbound calls for follow-up and closing of business.
  • Fulfill other assigned duties and projects as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) experience.
  • Highschool Diploma.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in selling Medicare Supplement/Medigap plans.
  • Proficiency in selling individual and/or senior insurance products via phone.
  • Strong command of computer software tools (e.g., Word, Excel, Project, internet applications).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • BA/BS preferred.
  • Previous call center experience is advantageous.
  • Availability to work 50 hours per week during the final 2 weeks of AEP.
Compensation:
  • $18 per hour base pay with uncapped commissions.
  • Earnings potential ranging from $32,000 to $90,000+ annually for average sales agents.
  • Top performers (top 10%) can earn over $100,000 annually.
  • Earnings directly correlate with effort and dedication.
