General Summary:

The Software/Business Operations Coordinator serves as a lead subject matter expert in support of Order-to-Cash processes related to select assigned Quadient software solutions and activity. The Coordinator will actively monitor and oversee the successful implementation and life cycle of recurring revenue software products, regardless of system platform. The Coordinator will serve both within the team as a process and task lead, and as a software operations consultant to the organization overall. This role provides business-critical support for software product operational flows and controls. The Coordinator will participate in transactional processing, issue triage and root cause resolution. The Coordinator will document process flows and work instructions as needed. The coordinator will be responsible for specific types of orders and renewal programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Create tools and processes to design, launch and track software initialization, amendment and renewal activities as assigned.

Support trade-up order activities to ensure continuity of software access and services for the customer.

Drive best practices for user acceptance testing related to software support contracts and subscriptions, regardless of system platform.

Perform analysis and root-cause identification activities related to gaps, deficiencies and errors in the Quadient software lifecycle.

Support and coordinate software contract audit programs and dashboards, in order to improve financial and service results and to provide feedback to Quadient and vendor staff.

Participate and present at Quarterly Business Review meetings/calls with software vendors and business segment leadership

Implement standardized processes and best practices to ensure the viability and functionality of Oracle contracts that feature support and/or maintenance of software contracts and subscriptions.

Provide subject matter consultation to project teams as needed during product implementation, product launch and ongoing lifecycle of software products and related contracts and subscriptions.

Take a lead role in identifying opportunities to inform and address knowledge and awareness gaps about the Quadient?s software portfolio for front line and back office Quadient teams.

Review and consult on software orders as needed to facilitate the initialization of software applications and services at the case level, and to identify opportunities for improvements to documents, training information, and operational procedures on a global levels

Supports the daily tracking and facilitation of software fulfillment activities for assigned products following a new sale, feature upgrade and renewal.

Supports Account Contract and Billing Activities for Partner and Acquired Companies in ancillary/additional systems and platforms as assigned.

Supports Lease Contract Tasks and Activities as assigned.

Works on special projects and other related duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge:

High School diploma and related experience and/or training required.

College degree and/or equivalent experience with system development life cycle support desirable.

Experience in creating and maintaining data in Quadient transactional mainframe systems and in cloud-based or ancillary system platforms.

Ability to use analytical and communication skills effectively to meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations and SLAs.

Ability to effectively communicate and bridge information between technical and business resources.

Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines while handing interruptions and working under pressure.

Must be able to work independently and in cross-functional teams while maintaining high productivity.

Proficient skills and knowledge of Microsoft Applications - Word, Excel, Outlook ? is required.

Experience with and awareness of Quadient data and functionality in Oracle, OLM, ATLAS, Salesforce.com, Zuora and SAP is highly desirable.

This position has a salary range of: $48,400.00 - $72,600.00
