SUMMARY OF POSITION: As Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for selling specialized services to decision makers in AMC's Health Systems, and Community based Hospitals. You will identify these decision makers and develop rapport with the objective of establishing long-term, mutually beneficial business partnerships in the Midwest.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

? BS/BA degree required. Advanced scientific degree strongly preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

? A minimum of 5 years' experience managing business development and Sales experience in selling into AMC, Health systems, and Community based Hospitals.

? Fundamental understanding of basic financial concepts.

? Coordinate with leaders and SME's across the organization to create compelling and goal-driven solutions for clients and prospects, and ensure tactical and strategic company goals are achieved.

? Develop account strategies for assigned accounts, and prepare client presentations to the standards of the company.

? Manage client meeting schedules to achieve target performance.

? Expected client engagement is face-to-face with expectations of travel.

? Must have or be eligible for a valid passport and driver's license.

? Familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Office.

? Analyze our competitors' strengths and weaknesses.

? Work within a vigorous metrics-driven environment.

? Utilize Salesforce.com to monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data to the management team.

? Coordinate with the legal team in managing contract negotiations.

? Provide market feedback to internal teams regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.

? Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.

? Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.

Expected annual base salary range: $86,900 to $150,000, plus commission plan
