*This is not a medical Billing and Coding role. It is a Corporate Billing role*



Let?s talk about Responsibilities


  • Handle a variety of general accounting responsibilities including timely invoicing of fees per contract terms and reporting revenue per GAAP/companies policies

  • Create and update recurring billing contracts in the accounting system

  • Set up and maintain billing orders and update CRM/Data tracking system in conjunction with Accounting System

  • Assist Billing Staff accountants with the monthly close process

  • Complete data entry for various accounting processes as required

  • Provide professional interaction and responses to all levels of customers and colleagues

  • Assist with providing supporting documentation for the annual financial statement audit

  • Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency of accounting processes

  • Perform other general accounting duties and/or special projects as needed

  • Provide back up for Accounting & Administration team members

  • Be flexible and willing to allocate additional time during peak times (audit, month end, fiscal year end, etc)

Let?s talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred, will consider Associate's degree in Accounting for qualified candidate

  • 2+ years of accounting experience showing progression of accounting responsibilities

  • Understanding of the principles of accounting, along with common accounting standards and office procedures

  • Excellent Customer Service skills through both written and verbal format

  • Self-starter who is willing to accept responsibility and ownership for their function on the team

  • Comfortable asking questions; including the desire to understand and ask "why"?

  • Ability to tactfully and directly work through detailed issues at an individual and team level

  • Sufficient reasoning ability to collect data, define problems, establish facts and draw valid conclusions in a fast pace environment

  • Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and workload effectively and utilize excellent time management skills

  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel and accounting software packages (NetSuite, SalesForce, HighRadius)

  • Willingness to advance is preferred, as we look to increase employee skill levels for possible moves to more advanced positions

Subject to the absolute discretion of the company, this role is eligible for an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is:



Total Base Pay Range



21.55 - 25.86 USD Hourly



For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate?s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
