What You'll Do:
The individual in this position will be responsible for providing support for internal HR customers for both projects and application support.
Specifically, this role provides support for one or more SAP HR functional areas of SuccessFactors and specializes in Employee Central role-based permissions security,
core workflows, data integrity, interface, and reporting.
The individual will also be assigned to support projects and enhancements including gathering and documenting requirements for enhancements and custom
development efforts, writing functional development specifications, and writing and executing comprehensive test plans. Perform other duties as assigned.
- This position is fully remote; however occasional travel for scheduled projects or rollouts may be necessary*
- Partners with key stakeholders to understand business requirements to recommend realistic strategies and configure system functionality. Leads requirement definition and planning sessions, status meetings, and issue resolution sessions.
- Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost versus benefit measurements.
- Execute the implementation of software solutions by actively leading cross-functional teams to determine requirements, review and modify processes as well as assure adequate systems knowledge is gained by users. Identify opportunities to automate processes and modernize systems. Provide HRIS support to other business areas that use HR data in their systems and reporting.
- Maintain and support software as it relates to HR (ECP, SuccessFactors, UKG/Kronos Dimensions, Power BI, ServiceNow, etc.). Establish and refine requirements for software application and use, including security parameters.
- Develop and execute testing to ensure successful software patches and upgrades/updates.
- Create accurate reports and files in a timely manner to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain HRIS by means of uploading or downloading data and system mass changes. Establish methodologies to streamline data management processes.
- Is viewed as a knowledge expert by system users within HRIS. Assist users with software application and reporting questions as well as provides on-going training and ?tips? to allow users to be more effective within the HR data base.
- Maintain a deep system knowledge to make process and system changes, including configuration, roles/permissions, and portlet foundation data/integrity.
- Develop and maintain workforce analytic reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and the organization.
- Manage implementation of new processes, requirements, and new products.
- Manage annual and patch release updates and work with HR Leadership to determine enablement plans.
- Develops and facilities user training programs and other HRIS Initiatives
- Resolves escalated user-end issues. Offers technical support as needed.
- Partners with AMS vendor on ticket resolutions, prioritization, and project management.
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, Business, Computer Science, or Project Management .
- Working knowledge of UKG, SuccessFactors, or other database software and applications, as well as report writing tools.
- Experience with SuccessFactors EC, ECP, or UKG is preferred
- Experience gathering business requirements, with a strong emphasis on application testing. Adheres to formal change management policies.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as lead on projects and efforts for multiple areas.
- Exposure to HR business process in one or more of the following additional business areas is desired but not required: Payroll, Time, Attendance, Recruiting and Onboarding, Succession and Development, Performance and Goals, and/or Learning.
- Proven experience troubleshooting HR system issues, including employee replication.
- Ability to provide second and third-level support for inquiries submitted HRIS; utilize Service Now for documenting and tracking work requests.
- Data analysis skills and experience troubleshooting application functions or database results.
