What You Do.


  • Execute omni-channel strategy at key accounts to capitalize on the customer?s unique value proposition, and drive sales performance

  • Effectively builds customer relationships at all appropriate levels of decision makers with key strategic accounts to share omni-channel plans and performance

  • Reviews and reports on eCommerce sales performance at key retailers. This includes but is not limited to sales & category share growth, eCommerce SKU/GTIN performance by retailer, benchmarking competitive activity, promotional consistency (online and in-store) and the identification of online merchandising opportunities. Monitors product online product availability and ensures assortment consistency.

  • Collaborates with sales team on plans & forecasting.

  • Communicates regularly with customer Sales team and Omni-Channel COE to share strategy, insights, and executional priorities.

  • Educates sales team on Omni-Channel trends by maintaining Omni-channel tool kit and sharing ecommerce execution best practices

  • Collaborates with Shopper Marketing Manager in support of development and execution of the customers? Omni Channel strategy

  • Partners with omni-channel content and analytics team to ensure content, images, and digital platforms meet retailer requirements and appeal to the retailer specific consumer. Provide backend retailer specific data and information to support paid and organic retailer search strategies.

  • Cultivates and maintains productive relationships with customer?s Omni-Channel key decision makers.

  • Well-versed on customer specific and syndicated panel data and methodologies.

  • Supports integration of Omni Channel KPI?s and performance expectations into customer JBP process.

  • Understands shopper segments, purchase dynamics, and trip missions.

  • Travel required ?15-20%

Your Education and Experience.

  • Bachelor?s degree from four-year College or University.

  • 3 + years food industry experience required.

  • 2+ years? experience in eCommerce preferred. Experience with Shopper data and insights required. Strategic customer account category advisor experience preferred.

  • Syndicated data analysis (Nielsen, IRI), Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and excellent presentation skills.

  • Advanced experience in using data to drive decisions and recommendations

  • Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills with persons or groups at varying positions or knowledge.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
