This program manager will lead a team responsible for the Foundation of Ops Excellence. This includes work such as work methods (Approaches), tools (Retail Guide), and knowledge base (Steps to Excellence). This team is also a shared service and supports other team across the organization operationalize efforts to support our retail partners.
As a Program Manager, you will?
Strategize, Prioritize, & Plan ? You will develop priorities, make plans, and adjust to ensure alignment of programs and projects with cross functional teams, company goals, and strategies as well as communicates to all relevant stakeholders. This requires leading high performing, cross-functional, often globally distributed teams to deliver complex, multi-year, multifaceted objectives.
Manage key stakeholders ? You will work with many levels of leader and stakeholders to ensure the program is meeting key objectives and is on track. You will drive alignment across multiple senior leaders and influences cross-functional teams to support new ideas and decisions.
Lead People & Collaborate ? You will role models a positive and productive work environment, be
able to easily adjust to team dynamics, and coach others to do the same. Develops and inspires cohesive teams committed to delivering the best for their project and overall program(s).

- Working with end-users to define work flows and integrate business processes and technology into effective business solutions (8 years)

If you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to four days per week and leverage the office 1-2 days per week, on average.
