What you will do

As a Senior Medical Education Associate at Stryker, you are responsible for budget, coordinating and executing Enabling Technologies medical educational programs to align with the Spine and Cranial Division?s strategy. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Legal and Compliance departments along with our cross-divisional partners to ensure a first-rate learning experience. The position also develops relationships with key customers, key opinion leaders, industry, and vendors to provides safe and effective use training.
  • Basic understanding of marketing/sales related event coordination
  • Basic product and procedural knowledge
  • Basic understanding of competitive landscape
  • General understanding of key customer groups
  • Advanced understanding of educational program design
  • Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and execute Medical Education programs
  • Organize in-class or virtual courses
  • Gather, track and organize data and information from Medical Education programs
  • Understand and support our budgeting process
  • Understand and provide input of training and medical education workstreams
  • Understand customer profile, and adapt curriculum pathway
  • Awareness of internal and external branding guidelines
  • Aware of commonly used internal and external communication tools and channels
What you need
  • Bachelor?s degree required
  • 2+ years of work experience required
  • 2+ years medical device or Medical Education experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
  • Experience in Enabling Technologies preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines

$65,400 - $132,300 salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 40%
