Services are designed to protect children, stabilize the family, and assist parents in establishing linkages to formal, informal, and natural supports and resources so that a child can remain safely with their family without further intervention of the Oregon child welfare system. ISRS supports crucial child welfare initiatives to increase percentage of children remaining safely at home after a child safety threat is identified and decreases length of time children spend in foster care.
