<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As the IT Due Diligence Consultant and Lead for our major Private Equity partner, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for managing IT due diligence projects, ensuring effective communication with C-suite executives and private equity stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive due diligence reports.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li><strong>Due Diligence Leadership:</strong> Take a leadership role in conducting IT due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for private equity partners.</li><li><strong>C-suite and PE Engagement:</strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and private equity partners, effectively communicating technical insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li><strong>Due Diligence Process Management:</strong> Manage the end-to-end due diligence process, including scoping, planning, data collection, analysis, and report generation.</li><li><strong>IT Evaluation:</strong> Assess the target company's IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and cybersecurity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks.</li><li><strong>Financial and Operational Analysis:</strong> Analyze the financial and operational implications of IT systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.</li><li><strong>Due Diligence Reporting:</strong> Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports, summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations, and presenting them to private equity partners and C-suite executives.</li><li><strong>Risk Assessment:</strong> Evaluate IT-related risks and opportunities that could impact the investment or acquisition, proposing strategies to mitigate risks and enhance value.</li><li><strong>Data Security and Compliance:</strong> Assess data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance, highlighting any potential issues or areas of non-compliance.</li><li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Provide technical expertise and guidance on IT-related matters, helping private equity partners make informed investment decisions.</li><li><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, financial, and operational experts, to ensure a holistic due diligence process.</li></ol><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) are a plus.</li><li>Proven experience in IT due diligence consulting within the private equity sector, working with C-suite executives and private equity partners.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences effectively.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing due diligence processes from inception to reporting.</li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Knowledge of data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance best practices.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proficiency in due diligence tools and technologies.</li></ul><p></p>
