Description
The Finance and Administration team seeks a highly motivated, team-oriented Operations Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration, the Operations Manager oversees the operational functions of SSW and ensures they are efficient and in compliance with the School and University policies and standards. The position will manage the administration and facilities of the Dean's Office and the rest of SSW. The ideal candidate with find collaborative solutions in a complex and fast-paced environment. The incumbent directly supervises two staff members, including assigning work, projects, and responsibilities as appropriate.

Required Skills
- B.A./B.S. required with 3-5 years of direct experience including 2+ years of management experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP.

- Superior organizational skills.
- Discretion, sound judgment, and problem solving skills.
- Management experience required.
