Position description
The Department of Pediatrics, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital seek a new faculty member with substantial clinical expertise in Gender Health to join the growing Division of Endocrinology.
The Division of Pediatric Endocrinology includes 12 faculty members and a thriving fellowship program. Faculty provide inpatient and outpatient endocrine services in multiple locations throughout the greater Los Angeles Area. UCLA supports world-renowned research, and our faculty includes two NIH-funded physician-scientists.
Academic rank will be commensurate with experience, though significant experience in providing gender-affirming care for transgender/nonbinary youth is required. Applicants must be board certified/eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology. Duties include primarily patient care, along with teaching of fellows and residents, and participation in research or other scholarly endeavors that will lead to academic promotion. Experience in teaching is a strong plus.

The salary range for this position is $143,500 - $241,393. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan [ ], which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.

Qualifications
