Company: Process
Job description: We believe in the power of process and its potential to unlock growth in teams everywhere.
Who we are:
Process Street is a no-code workflow platform startup from San Francisco. We help our customers build, document, automate, and track recurring workflows. Our platform stores knowledge where the action happens, ensuring thorough and error free execution of workflows that our global customers run their businesses on. We service over 3k customers around the world, such as Airbnb, Spotify, AstraZeneca, and Accenture, and are VC-backed by Accel, Salesforce, and Atlassian.
Our Mission:
To make recurring work fun, fast, and faultless for teams everywhere.
Our culture:
Process Street was founded on a strong belief in the work-life benefits of a healthy, collaborative remote culture. We value flexibility because many of us are parents, travelers, or just creatives who aren't inspired by the construct of a mundane 9-to-5. Spread across 9 different time zones, we communicate asynchronously, work autonomously, and take real ownership of our work. We know human connections are what make teams strong, so we regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, and more, to build strong relationships.
If you're entrepreneurial and seek an environment that values impact, ownership, and flexibility we look forward to meeting you
The Opportunity
This role reports directly to our Director of Solutions Consulting. As a Junior Workflow Consultant, you will support the solutions consulting team in building workflows with and for our sales leads and customers.
This role requires joining customer calls to gain an understanding of their process and needs, determining the best way to use Process Street to meet those needs, and then building their workflows in Process Street. Additional responsibilities include participating in Process Street's community efforts by interacting on online forums, strategizing and teaching, and supporting in developing and leveraging community-generated content.
You will become an expert in Process Street functionality and features as well as automation-building both natively in Process Street as well as in Zapier and Microsoft Power Automate. A strong sense of ownership over your work is imperative for the role, as you will be responsible for implementing multiple workflow build-out projects at any given time and seeing them through to completion.
What You'll Do:
- Build Process Street workflows for a variety of businesses and processes.
- Serve as a point of contact for multiple clients and manage their workflow build projects on a timeline.
- Support customers from numerous industries and varying levels of technical experience and help them streamline their business operations with Process Street.
- Offer strategy and guidance to help community members build the most effective Process Street workflows for their use case.
Professionally:
- You have a background in administration or operations roles and proven experience documenting SOPs or processes and improving business operations.
- You are a strategic-thinker. You visualize multiple potential solutions and hone in on the best one.
- You have a process-oriented mind. You can distill complex operations into straight-forward actions, and you enjoy doing so.
- You have a natural propensity to make life and work easier by streamlining and automating.
- Documenting SOPs, designing workflows, and structuring operations is your favorite part of the job in any job.
- You have the ability to interpret a challenge beyond what is described at face value and deliver superior solutions your counterpart didn't even know were available.
- You tend to declutter, arrange & simplify. You could probably be a professional organizer or sodoku master ;)
- You get satisfaction from completing a project and moving onto a new challenge, moreso than ongoing "same same" work every day.
- You enjoy the challenge of finding creative solutions to get a result you know must be possible.
- You love constantly learning and mastering new skills and knowledge.
- You thrive off of a collaborative environment in which you learn from your colleagues and they learn from you as well.
- Unlimited PTO policy - Most take 3-4 weeks, plus their major holidays, AND a company-wide week off in December.
- Annual company offsite - We are excited for our global team retreat in Portugal in Fall of 2022. We also encourage and sponsor small group meetups so that you can meet your teammates face to face around the world throughout the year.
- Social time - We know human connections are what make teams strong. We regularly do coffee chats, game-playing, story-telling, house tours (only if you're comfortable), and more to build connections.
- Generous health insurance for US employees and their families, including dental and vision plans.
- Equity for all full-time roles.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to equal opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, gender, gender identity, genetic information, parental or pregnancy status, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or Veteran status.
Expected salary:
