A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals If this sounds like a great fit, apply today Responsibilities: Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home ? Prospect for, follow up with, and service customers. (minimum 2 hours per day) ? Maintain effective conversion rates for leads into appointments ? Convert appointments into customers ? Participate in all Welch Team training and events. ? Coordinates with the Transaction Agent to ensure a seamless closing process. ? Effectively negotiate for all customers ? Participate in at least two Open Houses per month. ? Report to Manager at Quarterly Reviews ? Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections ? Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics ? Prospect for new customers, cultivate customer relationships, set customer appointments and manage leads within our contact management system. ? Use CRM to assign action plans, drip campaigns and detailed notes to customers ? Accurately track and report productivity and sales metrics ? Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market ? Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services ? Continuously attend education events to increase knowledge Qualifications: Self-motivation and drive Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies ?
