Job description: POSITION: Speech/Language Pathologist, 1.0 FTE Full-Time Long Term Substitute
LOCATION: District Wide (Le Center Primarily)
Tri City United proudly serves the communities of Lonsdale, Montgomery and Le Center
STARTING DATE: Approximately January 19, 2024, duration 12 weeks
SALARY: Per the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement
REPORTS TO: Director of Special Services and Building Principal
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS:
The SLP will work as part of the building special education team and will serve students who are demonstrating a need within fluency disorders, voice disorders, articulation concerns and language disorders. The SLP may conduct small group or individual services that align with student goals and objectives. Additionally, the SLP facilitates Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and Evaluation Report (ER) meetings and completes special education paperwork as determined by state and local due process requirements. SLP assignment will be determined based on caseload needs within the district. Caseload can range from birth-21.
Valid MN Speech Language Pathologist Teaching license required. Candidates must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association OR have the ability to obtain their CCC's through completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
