About the Job:



The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for driving, inspiring, and influencing decision-making that propels the Taco Bell business forward across the Ibero-America region. This role offers a unique opportunity for a big thinker who also relishes in staying close to the details as they develop strategic initiatives and holistic marketing plans across our 12 markets. The Sr. Brand Marketing Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing and be part of a diverse, passionate, high functioning team.



The Day-to-Day:


  • Drive brand strategy and execution of global marketing initiatives across the region.

  • Develop regional marketing calendar and lead cross-functional execution of brand campaigns and product launches

  • Actively coach and develop franchise marketing leaders to develop targeted plans to drive sales growth and profitability, including oversight of key markets, to create global consistency and standardization

  • Develop communication strategy and oversee creative process including television production and photoshoots

  • Lead product innovation strategy, partnering with IBAC Food Innovation Leader to deliver pipeline of new products and test programs

  • Partner with IBAC Digital Marketing Manager to ensure integration across all marketing online programs

Is This You?

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, passionate brand builder

  • Strong, relationship-focused leader with proven track record of inspiring and influencing cross-functional partners, internal and external stakeholders to deliver results and foster collaboration and alignment

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, advertising or related field and 8+ years' marketing experience in QSR/restaurant industry, CPG or marketing/advertising agency - international experience highly recommended, experience in Latin America a plus

  • Experience developing marketing strategies, building and executing marketing calendars across multiple and individual markets. Experience launching new products a plus.

  • Experience effectively managing all aspects of creative process: brief writing, overseeing production and post-production (television and photoshoots), managing creative agencies, and responsibility for timeline and budgets.

  • Impactful and articulate communicator with ability to conduct business (read, write and present) in fluent Spanish and English. Familiarity with Latin American culture preferred.

Salary Range: $131,600 to $179,235 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
