Have you installed residential heating and air conditioning equipment for at least five years and are ready for the challenge of teaching those skills to others? An HVAC Installation Lead Technician here at Burns & McBride is your path down that road. You would be responsible for managing one of our HVAC Installation teams.



We are a fast-growing family owned, local company and do much more than just HVAC. We do residential retrofit work on all types of equipment:

• Oil, natural gas, or propane fired heaters and boilers


• Central air conditioners


• Ductless systems


• Water heaters


• Indoor air quality equipment


• We do not install chimney liners, geothermal systems, commercial equipment, or rooftop units.

• Installing residential equipment


• Supervising and training less experienced Installers


• Explaining what you did and how it works to homeowners
