JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee, research, and develop program curricula, tutorials, and activities for camps, courses, and programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure optimal quality and timely completion
  • Gain a strong understanding of the courses and software used in camps and programs to the extent that you can oversee and manage all STEAM courses
  • Coordinate and lead training and orientations for staff members
  • Support STEAM camps, courses, lessons, and other programs to ensure high-quality execution
  • Manage and oversee summer office interns through continuous coaching, mentoring, and fostering an environment where they have an opportunity to grow
  • Help with staff initiatives and building a staff culture that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and innovation
  • Work with the leadership team to develop and execute a plan to increase partnerships with organizations that invest in STEAM education programs
  • Provide customer service to families in a friendly, professional, and positive manner

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in Education or a related field
  • Bachelor Degree in Education
  • Background in STEM and/or summer programming preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience designing curricula for children between the ages of 6 and 14
  • Excellent technical writing ability with an emphasis on communication with a predominantly youth audience
  • Clearance of all required background checks
