How you will make an impact As the Executive Director, Digital Transformation you will define and execute key Halozyme digital strategies that unlock insights that can drive enterprise transformation, innovation, and operational efficiencies. You will build out enterprise AI and data analytics systems and capabilities, as well as identify emerging technologies, to align with corporative strategic imperatives and functional objectives. As a key member of the IT leadership team and a team leader, you ensure all AI and data digital initiatives are aligned and support corporate strategic imperatives. In this role, you?ll have the opportunity to: Develop AI and data analytic strategy and execute to support transformation initiatives. Build out Halozyme?s AI and analytic capabilities through talent acquisition and third-party strategic partnerships. Contribute to Digital Transformation strategy and support roadmap to drive digital transformation across the enterprise. Monitor and report on progress of realized value from AI and data analytics digital transformation initiatives. Develop education and training programs to drive, across the enterprise, the adoption of business transformation through AI solutions. Partner with functional heads to execute functional AI initiatives that will drive efficiencies as well as innovative solutions. Ensure deliverables are aligned with corporate security and compliance policies. Budget responsibilities for AI and data digital transformation portfolio investments and services To succeed in this role, you?ll need: Minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in computer science or data science/analytics, engineering or related field required with minimum of 15 years of Information Technology, Data Science, Analytics, AI, MI, data management and data security experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered) Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles in information technology and/or Data Science Deep knowledge of Data Analytics and AI models Experience with M&A activities and integrations Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including ?C? level. Ability to quickly drill down to solve problems and take ownership of the resolution. The most likely base pay range for this position is $219K - $329K per year. Several factors, such as experience, tenure, skills, and particular business needs, will determine an individual?s exact level of compensation. Base salary is only one element of employee compensation at Halozyme. Total compensation could include bonuses, sales incentives, and equity awards.
