Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize and understand customer needs.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities to handle diverse customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry or role.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing customer orders and information.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus.
