About the Role:As a Spanish-speaking Call Agent at Scalesforth, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking customers. You'll handle a variety of inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting customers in resolving issues effectively and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from Spanish-speaking customers, addressing their queries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products/services, pricing, and promotions to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues they might encounter, guiding them through potential solutions and escalating complex matters to higher-level support when necessary.
