Position Overview:Scalesforth is looking for a seasoned and results-driven Human Resources Executive to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Employee Relations: Promote a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues professionally and proactively.

Performance Management: Develop and administer performance appraisal programs to maximize employee productivity and development.

HR Policy and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.

Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate development initiatives to enhance employee skills.
