Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with various business units to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal processes, provide feedback, and work with managers to improve employee performance.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and metrics to make informed decisions and provide insights to drive organizational effectiveness.

  • Required Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.

    • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar role in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven HR decision-making.

    • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

    • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive HR information.

    • Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization.
