We also provide connectivity to business partners, the public Internet and Public Cloud Providers. Application Hosting is transforming operations to provision network capacity at an accelerated pace through full automation, providing transparency to the consumer and the network operators throughout the lifecycle of the infrastructure.Wells Fargo is seeking Network Engineering Managers in technology as part of Technology Infrastructure.The Network Engineering Manager role will manage an agile team of engineers and business systems consultants responsible for developing new network hosting solutions or for building capacity and managing the lifecycle of our existing data network. Manage and develop a team of Network Engineers providing Network Engineering and Support Services
Actively contribute to building next generation solutions for Network and Security Services, enhancing the current service levels
Effectively manage the end-to-end lifecycle of network hardware and software, including patch compliance, vulnerability management, and configuration drift management
Collaborate with peer technology managers to implement various initiatives in a team extension and product operating model.
Proactively manage risk including deliverables, operational issues through implementation of right controls and escalate where required.
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of Leadership experience
2+ years of experience in automating various activities related to Network
2+ years of experience in Datacenter Networking technologies, Network Virtualization, LAN switching technology, and routing protocols
2+ years of experience Strong demonstrated people development skills to hire, coach, develop, and mentor team members.
