Minimum <br/><u><b>Qualifications:</b></u><br/>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. 11 years of experience working in a strategy operations or consulting role. Experience in technical program management. Experience in project management and working with cross-functional stakeholders and leaderships. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects. Ability to work in a constantly evolving and fast-paced environment with deadlines and multiple priorities. Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. Ability to communicate with cross-functional groups to identify issues/resolutions. Excellent communication, organizational, project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills with excellent business acumen. The Google Operations Center (GOC) is becoming one of gTech's largest operations units, responsible for providing customer care and technical support for a large portion of Google products across a range of customers. You will be an insights partner and thought leader to the vertical leadership team. Responsibilities Provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. Align the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future growth initiatives. Work with partners to define and execute the GOC launch roadmap. Support a mix of strategic and operational projects through deep engagement and project management support. Lead Google Technical Services' strategy development for the GOC. Reimagining vendorization by in-sourcing routine workflows.<br/><b>Salary Range:<br/></b> $100K -- $150K <br/><b>Minimum Qualification</b><br/>Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.<br/><br/>
