The Role
This role is crucial for the smooth functioning of our operations. We are looking for someone who values precision, can maintain a steady pace, and upholds the highest data integrity standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and payroll administration experience using Xero is ideal.
- Data Entry: Inputting and updating our CRM with accurate details from schools and other stakeholders.
- Order Processing: Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner, cross-checking details for accuracy.
- Document Management: Assisting in the management of essential documents, ensuring they're stored and retrieved effectively.
Qualifications & experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Advanced bookkeeping skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel & Outlook
- Working knowledge of financial software. You will be using Xero but as long as the foundations are there, SAP, MYOB, etc. is fine.
- Demonstrated experience in managing tasks within a deadline-driven environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively over email and telephone
- Demonstrated experience in being able to achieve targets and work autonomously
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve independently
- Demonstrated use of, knowledge and understanding of cloud-based technologies including Google Workspace, Dropbox, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Previous CRM software experience, i.e. SalesForce/HubSpot
- Logistics understanding, print industry or design experience is a massive plus.
