<strong>Overview<br><br></strong><ul><li>This position will be supporting Hawaii -Time zone in Hawaii (GMT-10). The position will be work from home / remote 100% of the time.*<br><br></li></ul>This position is responsible for processing the payroll, commissions and basic expenses for all frontline employees through a centralized process. It supports system implementation of contract/handbook changes associated with pay. The role will be the SME on all aspects of frontline compensation. Objectives include vast knowledge of pay practices for multiple locations, development into a resourceful partner for Managers and Supervisors, ensuring standardized protocol is followed across all locations and employees are paid timely, consistently, and accurately.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Review, manage and validate a high volume of time data in Kronos and SAP under firm deadlines </li><li>Understand and Manage Employee setup such as Rate of Pay, Schedules, Employment Terms, Pay/Accrual Rule, etc. </li><li>Participate in modification of Employee Infrastructure setup and UAT testing as needed</li><li>Utilize Kronos Weekly Roster to maintain and validate electronic weekly payroll rosters, ensuring rate and rule compliancy</li><li>Maintain employee records in proprietary commission tracking system to ensure accurate payout of commission and variable overtime for sales employees</li><li>Generate and distribute required payroll reports and obtain approvals electronically to meet Global Control compliance</li><li>Run Ad-hoc reports to identify gaps in payroll and partner with Managers to resolve prior to finalizing payroll each week</li><li>Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information</li><li>Communicate professionally with Senior Managers, HR staff and employees to resolve issues </li><li>Work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs</li><li>Process miscellaneous reimbursements, historical edits, premium pays, off cycles/Western Unions, and CATS entries</li><li>Manage and transact against payroll requests submitted through location specific payroll SPA boxes</li><li>Upload, organize and ensure supporting documentation and payroll reports/approvals are available on TEAMS channels, adhering to Control requirements<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>2-3 years of previous experience using Kronos and SAP / payroll processing</li><li>Must be able to work on Federal and Company holidays when they fall on Monday</li><li>Experience using data warehouse and/or HCM/payroll/automated timekeeping programs such as Kronos and SAP</li><li>Knowledge of State, Federal and other regulatory payroll requirements </li><li>Ability to process time data for multiple locations each week</li><li>Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel </li><li>Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment<br><br></li></ul>Differentiating Competencies Required:<br><br><ul><li>Able to apply independent judgement and drive issues to resolution </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work in a challenging business environment or remotely</li><li>Adaptability to change and champion for process improvements</li><li>Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Works well under pressure and handles tight deadlines with a sense of urgency</li><li>Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Results oriented, highly motivated, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner <br><br></li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:<br><br><ul><li>The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 -$ 63,800 based on a full-time schedule.</li><li>Location confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.</li><li>Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.</li><li>In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan<br><br></li></ul><strong>EEO Statement<br><br></strong>All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability status.<br><br>PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer: Female / Minority / Disability / Protected Veteran / Sexual Orientation / Gender Identity<br><br>If you'd like more information about your EEO rights as an applicant under the law, please download the available EEO is the Law &amp; EEO is the Law Supplement documents.
