Shift One is currently looking for several Customer Service Representatives on first shift. <b>Available shifts:</b>
<ul>
<li>Schedule A is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM</li>
<li>Schedule B is Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM</li>
<li>Schedule C is Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM</li>
</ul>
<b>Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative</b>
<ul>
<li>Answer and book incoming calls, emails, and other requests projecting a professional and memorable image to the customer</li>
<li>Make outbound calls to book and confirm existing and potential customers to book the dispatch board to full capacity</li>
<li>Selling services to consumers who call customer service. De-escalate situations involving customers, offering patient assistance and support</li>
<li>Call clients and customers to inform them about the company?s new products, services and policies</li>
<li>Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services</li>
<li>Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, shipping, warranties and other account items</li>
<li>Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service</li>
<li>Help to train new employees and inform them about the company?s customer management policies</li>
<li>Prepare call performance reports. Manage call performance</li>
<li>Maintain database by entering information on every call</li>
</ul>
<b>Requirements of the Customer Service Representative</b>
<ul>
<li>Strong communication, both written and verbal</li>
<li>Great active listening skills</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills</li>
<li>A patient and empathetic attitude</li>
<li>Strong time management and organizational skills</li>
<li>Adaptability and flexibility. Comfortable working in fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry</li>
<li>Computer literacy. Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems</li>
<li>Expertise in the customer service area they focus in, such as accounts, sales, technical support or another area</li>
<li>Ability to speak multiple languages, especially those common among callers</li>
</ul>
<b>Compensation for the Customer Service Representative</b>
<ul>
<li>Starting base pay is $16.00 to 18.00 / hr., depending on schedule & role</li>
<li>Overtime is also available</li>
<li>Weekly pay</li>
<li>Paid Time Off (start accruing time immediately)</li>
<li>7 Paid Federal Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday</li>
