<p><strong>Junior Software Developer/Analyst - W2 Contract to Hire - Remote (US/PST)</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Title: <strong>Junior Software Developer/Analyst</strong></p><p>Location: <strong>Remote (US/PST)</strong></p><p>Duration: <strong>W2 Contract to Hire</strong></p><p>Compensation:<strong> $28-30/hr W2</strong></p><p>Work Requirements: <strong>US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US</strong></p><p><strong>Qualified candidates may send a copy of their resume (Word Format) to </strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><ul><li>The Software Developer Analyst I (SDA I) is responsible to Code/configure, unit test, debug, document, and maintain medium complexity software applications, in an environment that continuously introduces leading-edge technologies.</li><li>The Software Developer Analyst I will operate adhering to standards, processes and methodologies and may require guidance or supervision in most phases of their work.</li><li>This position requires sufficient educational background and/or experience to analyze, design and develop or modify application programs from detailed specifications using the technology stack used.</li><li>SDA I will primarily work as part of a collaborative team in a matrixed organization structure, utilizing company-issued equipment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible to Code/Configure and unit test functionality as per detailed functional specifications as per established Standards.</li><li>Debug Reported Production Issues and Implement identified Fixes.</li><li>Other functions that may be assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Education:</strong></p><p>4-year College Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields with specific emphasis on database design, object oriented programming concepts, software design and development; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience: </strong>A minimum of 1 to 2 year experience related to developing Java/J2EE applications.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Experience: </strong>JDBC, JMS, Spring Framework, XML, SOAP and REST Web Services, JSON, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Application Servers, and Junit skills.</p><p>Minimum 1-year experience in one or more technologies and methodologies used. </p><p><br></p><p><strong> About INSPYR Solutions:</strong> As a leading information technology partner, we connect top IT talent with our clients to provide innovative business solutions through our IT Staffing, Professional Services, and Infrastructure Solutions divisions.
