The successful candidate will have complete ownership of online business reporting, building reporting/analytics tools, and business intelligence initiatives that mine insights to drive action and growth. The Sr. Manager, eCommerce Analytics will own three major areas of responsibility:<br><br><ul><li>Identify <li>Manage the ongoing and ad hoc business analysis requests from partner teams, using data science to support a deeper understanding of online customer behaviors.</li><li>Develop industry leading data visualization and insight generating capabilities, inclusive of managing the day-to-day relationship with site analytics providers Quantum Metric and Google Analytics. <br><br></li></ul><strong>Analysis<br><br></strong><ul><li>Act as a business partner to help develop strategy through data driven analytics and insights.</li><li>Utilize GA4, Quantum Metric, and internal sales data to identify customer behavior and opportunities.</li><li>Evaluate site traffic, visitor behavior, and conversion paths to help improve site design and customer adoption.</li><li>Ideate and analyze A/B testing results along with optimization activities defining journeys and marketing tactics that are aligned to or accelerate achievement of business objectives.</li><li>Provide insights around key performance indicators such as customer activity and sales trends.</li><li>Scope business analytics needs, define data structures needed for reporting, locate data sources and identify solutions for data automation.</li><li>Analyze cross-channel, customer, and transactional data to determine the value of marketing efforts across all trackable customer touchpoints.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Reporting<br><br></strong><ul><li>Utilize disparate data sources (SQL data warehouse, Tableau, Cognos, Google Analytics, Quantum Metric, Similarweb, and others) to provide timely and accurate recurring and ad-hoc reports.</li><li>Leverage data modeling techniques to deliver meaningful insights by developing and maintaining Data Studio and/or Tableau dashboards across digital analytics.</li><li>Visualize data to make insights easy to consume for non-technical audiences.</li><li>Partner with the Sales <li>Develop and deliver reporting to Executive leadership.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Participate In Other Key Sales <br></strong><ul><li>Support sales <li>Assist with customer/sales data mining to provide actionable insights leadership.</li><li>Utilize Excel, Tableau, Cognos, and other tools to rapidly develop data models.</li><li>Develop product market share analysis.</li><li>Participate in geospatial analysis for market targeting.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Will Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>Strong analytics skills, attention to details, and professionalism. </li><li>8-10 years of experience in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and Quantum Metric.</li><li>Previous experience providing site analytics for a major eCommerce site (Top 50 retailer or B2B preferred).</li><li>1-2 years of direct people leadership.</li><li>Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.</li><li>Proficiency in web analytics programs such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, or Quantum Metric. </li><li>Advanced experience with excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, etc.). </li><li>Working knowledge / understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.</li><li>Experience mining data from ERP systems.</li><li>Tableau Desktop experience preferred.</li><li>Awareness of agile/scrum.</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly at various levels within the organization.</li><li>Up to 10% travel may be required (Training, conferences, workshops as needed).</li></ul>
