As the Business and Finance Officer, you will lead the Accounting and Fiscal Administration group in providing technical accounting and financial services supporting various key business functions. Reporting to the Financial Services Administrator, you will apply excellent accounting expertise. The ideal candidate has a solid accounting background, strong relationship skills, and a passion for supporting the incredible work of our community-focused teams.<br><br><strong>About The Team<br><br></strong>The Finance, Budget and Planning group skillfully handles all financial operations and business administration, serving as a vital resource in achieving our broader mission to develop world-class parks and recreation facilities that encourage healthy communities. Our 23 talented staff members collaborate across four sections: Finance Administration, Accounting/Fiscal, Budget/Financial Planning, and Grants/Purchasing.
