These are mission critical systems for all of Zillow Group development teams that require regular updates and patching with zero downtime.nnKey Responsibilities:nnParticipate in all stages of application development, including UI design & development, backend development, deployment, and application monitoringnnIterate quickly and ship code when it's ready. You'll help the team shorten our development cycle while maintaining high quality.nnDevelop infrastructure for a cloud platform that can handle high-volume trafficnnWork with teams and technical leaders across the organization to understand architecture and align strategy/vision on shared platformsnnMentor and develop principal and senior technical leaders across the organizationnnHelp set operational excellence standards and best practicesnnChampion improvements in the quality and stability of service fundamentals and promote engineering best practicesnnHelp the team shorten our development cycles while maintaining high qualitynnPartner with senior Product leadership to align engineering capability to business strategy
