Specific duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: JOB SUMMARY The Intake Clerk: ? Identify, interpret, split, and organize file documents digitally ? Identify and interpret document type according to subject matter and name documents utilizing established firm-wide naming protocols. ? Review and analyze various records; research multiple resources to obtain necessary case facts to assist attorney ? Enter case information into matter management software accurately and efficiently ? Investigate discrepancies in data or special handling requirements ? Ability to work well with or without supervision ? Ability to prioritize ? Attention to detail and high quality are ESSENTIAL to the success of anyone in this role! Attributes: ? File room experience where a variety of tasks similar to those stated above were performed ? Work well with team members and able to handle large volumes of work ?
