Position: Work From Home Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: ? Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing excellent service and support ? Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries ? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner ? Document and track customer interactions using our customer management system ? Provide accurate and efficient information to customers

Requirements: ? High school diploma or GED equivalent ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English ? Previous customer service experience preferred ? Strong ability to multitask and navigate through various computer systems ? Comfortable working from home and maintaining a productive work environment ? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet ? Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
