One of the most impactful groups in the Retail Ops team is the Enterprise Payment Operations team. As a Principal Coordinator in ACH Operations - Enterprise Payments you will execute activities in a fast-paced, multi-function, multi-team operation tasked with delivering an exceptional end-to-end payments experience for our customers. Summary of Responsibilities: ? Review any claims that are flagged or any claims that were not automated. ? Review and process 50-75 claims a day ? Have attention to detail to prevent errors in processing claims ? Partner with team leads to solve problems and issues ? Contribute process improvements to help further streamline work ? Meet daily processing metrics ? Help support other payment processes Work from Home Technology Requirements ? Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions ? Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required ? A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network ? Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) ? Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions ? ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred ? To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page ? Work from Home Location Requirements This role is 100% work from home. Work from home U.S. based associates are not permitted to work internationally, outside of the continental United States (i.e. Hawaii or U.S. Territories), or California. Schedule: Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM EST Basic Qualifications: ? High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification? At least 1 year of Banking or financial services experience Preferred Qualifications:? At least 1 year of experience managing claims in high paced environment?
