Description: ? Plan, design, develop, and support information systems used by the Customer Service organization ? Responsibilities include CRM integration with AWS, testing infrastructure creation, day-to-day troubleshooting of system issues, scripting and development for Oracle Service Cloud CRM, and system documentation and configuration ? Must be familiar with Agile processes and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills ? Join a team based in Boston, MA Requirements: ?
