Locations: US Remote, United States of America Work From Home - Senior Associate, Senior Process Manager, Linguist, Enterprise Specialty Servicing The Enterprise Language Accessibility (ELA) team is a horizontal function under US Card responsible for servicing multilingual requirements across the corporation. We support all channels of communication and customer points of contact by working with internal partners from Capital One?s diversified lines of businesses. ELA is responsible for ensuring that the intent of the target language reflects the accuracy, consistency, compliance and cultural appropriateness of the original English version while mirroring Capital One?s voice. This position has a targeted focus in Spanish translation, and involves the following core competencies; teamwork, strong communication skills, attention to detail, collaboration and the ability to adapt to change quickly. Responsibilities: ? Ensure high quality delivery of Spanish translation services through... management of governance ? Delivery of high quality translation content ? Provide linguistic expertise for project delivery support ? Drive a consistent application of process, technology and tools for delivery ? Identify opportunity for process improvements ? Meet with key stakeholders or performers required to complete translation requests ? Communicate in a timely, consistent manner to update the client community on best practices, process changes, and upcoming events Work from Home Technology Requirements ? Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions ? Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required ? A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of site sight to every device on the network ? Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP) ? Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions ? ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred ? To validate ISP speeds from a Chrome browser, go to www.google.com, type Speed Test and run from the Google landing page ? Work from Home Location Requirements This role is 100% work from home. High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification ? Fluency in both English and Spanish ? At least 3 years of Spanish linguist experience in financial services or marketing ? At least 5 years of experience in English to Spanish professional translation, OR American Translators Association (ATA) Certified: English to Spanish ? At least 3 years of experience using CAT tools Preferred Qualifications: ? 2 years additional language translation experience (Portuguese, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or other) ? 2 years experience in Process Management ? 4+ years Spanish linguist experience in financial services or marketing ? 4+ years experience using CAT tools ? 5+ years of English to Spanish professional translation ? 5+ years of English experience in Legal, Banking and/ or Business At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Remote (Regardless of Location): $74,000 - $84,400 for Sr. Process Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate?s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
