Job Description:We are looking for a highly motivated and adaptable Web Chat Associate to join our team at Tesla, working remotely from Houston, Texas. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and promote our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a... minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or similar role.Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via online chat to provide information and assistance
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints
• Promote Tesla's products and services, upselling where appropriate
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and provide creative solutions
• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Presentation and people management skills are a plus
