What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Handle incoming calls related to employee benefits, actively listening and providing information
? Navigate multiple systems to assist customers with their benefits inquiries
? Perform back-office duties, such as processing claims and filing paperwork
? Create positive customer experiences through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
? Maintain punctuality and dependability to ensure client satisfaction
What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Previous customer service and/or call center experience
? Proficiency in MS Office and keyboarding skills
? High school diploma or GED
? Willingness to work a shift between 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
? Successful completion of mandatory training programs
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
