We are a leading healthcare service provider dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Inventory Management Technician to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities...
Adhere to federal and state regulations as well as organizational policies and standards, including the Drug Supply Chain Security Act.
Manage all aspects of pharmacy inventory, including storage, auditing, and monitoring of short-dated drugs across multiple locations.
Maintain the organization of pharmacy areas and coordinate regular inventory counts.
Generate and analyze inventory-related reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established metrics.
Oversee third-party inventory management systems, liaising with vendors and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
Facilitate training sessions for pharmacy staff on inventory policies, procedures, and technology.
Conduct training sessions on inventory processes and systems, including on-site visits to remote locations for hands-on support.
Collaborate with the Materials Management team to address process gaps and resolve inventory-related issues.
Provide cross-coverage support for Materials Management areas and other pharmacy departments as required.
Lead at least one special project annually to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Massachusetts Registered Pharmacy Technician.
National Certification.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Inpatient Hospital Experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 4 years of pharmacy technician experience.
