What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
? Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
? Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
? Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
? 1 year of Customer Service and Call Center experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment
