Job Description:Barnes & Noble is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in San Jose, California. This position is a full-time, entry-level role that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are driven, motivated, cooperative, and have an exceptional attention to detail...Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and chat
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, orders, shipping, and more
• Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by management
• Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
• No prior experience required
